Who we are

Euro Renovations (operating as EuroRenos, formerly ISM RenoBuilders) is a renovation company based at 290 Traders Blvd E, Unit 7, Mississauga, Ontario L4Z 1W7. You can reach us on 905-645-0235.

This policy applies to the kitchen cost calculator on this site. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Details about your kitchen — size, shape, finish, countertop, layout and scope. This is what the estimate is calculated from.
Contact details you give us — your name and email address, and your phone number and preferred timeline if you choose to provide them.
How you reached us — the advertising campaign or search that brought you here, including Google and Meta click identifiers, and the page you landed on.
Basic technical information — your browser's user-agent string.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial details, government identifiers or any sensitive personal information through this site.

Partial submissions

Your answers are saved as you move through the calculator, before you reach the contact step. If you leave partway through, we retain those answers along with the campaign information above — but with no contact details, they are not linked to you personally and we have no way to contact you.

Why we use it

To calculate your estimate and show it to you.
To email you a copy of that estimate.
To follow up about your renovation project, if you asked us to.
To measure which advertising is working, so we spend the budget sensibly.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

Supabase — stores the submissions. Data is held in the United States.
Resend — delivers the estimate email to you and the alert to our team.
Zapier — passes your enquiry into the customer records system our team works from, so your request reaches a person rather than sitting in a database. Data is held in the United States.
Vercel — hosts the website.
Google — Google Analytics measures how this page is used, and Google Ads receives conversion signals so we can tell which advertising actually works.
Meta — receives conversion signals for the same reason. Where an email or phone number is involved, it is irreversibly hashed before it is sent.
YouTube and Instagram — host the videos on this page. Nothing is requested from either of them, and no cookies are set, until you press play on a video. If you never play one, they never learn you were here.

Because some of these providers store data outside Canada, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access requests by foreign authorities.

How long we keep it

Completed enquiries are kept for up to seven years, so we can honour warranty obligations and meet record-keeping requirements. Partial submissions with no contact details are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database that is not readable from the browser. Access is restricted to staff who need it to prepare your quote.

Cookies and tracking

The calculator stores your answers in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose your progress; that clears when you close the tab. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure visits and to connect an advertising click to an enquiry, and Meta may do the same. You can block all of these in your browser settings without affecting the calculator — the estimate works either way.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Call or write to us using the details below and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
